How does CCS work?
The Child Care Subsidy will be paid directly to providers to be passed on to families as a fee reduction. Families will make a co-contribution to their child care fees and pay to the provider the difference between the fee charged and the subsidised amount. You will need to make a claim online via Services Australia for Child Care Subsidy and will asked to provide your Family income and Activity Hours (work, study, volunteer, travel time from home to work) to determine your CCS entitlements % and number of CCS eligible hours.
How do I go on the waitlist?
You will need to make an online enquiry via our website where the Enrolments Team will then send you an email with some centre specific information, you will then be required to respond to the email you receive and request to be added to the waitlist for further communication.
How does the waitlist work?
If there is a waitlist, families who have been on the waitlist the longest will be offered the first available positions. Your child's name will automatically roll over to the next age group as they age. You will be required periodically to confirm you wish to remain on the waitlist to ensure our records are kept up to date with those families interested in enrolment with Eden Academy.
How long is the wait?
Waitlist times depend on centre availability and the number of other families who are on the list.
