The centre is designed to be an extension of the family home. The skilled and passionate team takes great care to establish and maintain trusting relationships with the children and their families. 

The centre’s highly experienced and qualified educators participate in regular professional development, mentoring, networking sessions and first aid training to remain at the top of their profession.

The centre recognises that children begin their learning journey from the moment they are born. In particular, the first eight years of a child’s life is fundamental in establishing core values, a sense of identity, and self-worth.

To provide continuity and ensure children feel safe, secure and valued, the centre actively partners with families to ensure programs cater to individual needs and interests.

Families are welcome to speak with educators, to drop in to the centre to provide feedback and discuss children’s progress.

The centre keeps parents and carers up to date on children’s activities and learning, and welcomes families into the centre for special events.

This approach supports enquiry and play-based learning opportunities in natural and responsive environments. All learning programs are designed to be emergent in nature and are guided by the children’s interests and needs.
