We're about to unveil our brand new website. The slick new design will be complemented by enhanced functionality and an interface which improves usability for both providers and families.
This improved functionality will give parents greater control over how they view and filter vacancies, so now more than ever it is important to update your profile and ensure your information is up-to-date.
With more than 3.5 million people visiting our website annually it's worth spending a bit of time to ensure your service isn't missing out.
In addition to updating your vacancy and fee information, be sure to include your NQS rating plus information on additional services such as weekend and/or overnight care and any extra-curricular activities or tailored services. Premium or Enterprise subscription holders should also make sure their logos and images are displaying correctly.
For our agency partners be sure to check your profile along with your carer profiles.
An important innovation on the new website is free access to our bespoke waitlisting service. Importantly, any providers who wish to take advantage of this fantastic tool need to let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange access.
Our motivation for offering free access to our waitlisting feature is to streamline the waitlisting process for parents and ensure providers can connect with families looking for care quickly and easily.
The profiles on the new website have been designed to showcase service providers in the best possible light, to maximise the impact of your new profile it is worthwhile investing a little bit of time to check for typos and out-of-date information on the current website before the new site goes live.
A great way to check how a parent or caregiver sees your information is to visit CareforKids.com.au and plug your service's postcode into the search box. The results which come up are exactly what families see when they search for care in your area, if the results offer an incomplete picture then be sure to fill in the missing pieces.
