The snapshot shows that the number of services with a quality rating has increased by 69 per cent over the last 12 months.
ACECQA Board Chair Rachel Hunter said with 52 per cent of services assessed and rated more families could access information about the quality of early childhood services in their area.
"The NQF has set a higher benchmark for services and provides children with the best start in life," said Ms Hunter.
