Important information for
Vacancy Alert Enterprise Subscribers
We are excited to announce that we launched a significant enhancement to our Vacancy Alert service, this week; designed to boost occupancy rates and deliver real benefits to child care provider's bottom line. The change will ensure providers maximise the possibility of converting vacancies to placements!
In response to provider requests to improve the accuracy of our vacancy referrals, we have spent the last few months improving our system to ensure services only receive Vacancy Alerts from parents who are close by.
What this equates to is quality not quantity – services will receive a smaller number of high quality referrals from local parents looking for care. In our experience, high quality referrals are more likely to convert to placements and in areas struggling with oversupply our powerful Vacancy Alerts offer a real competitive edge.
We have rolled out Victoria already, and will be rolling out all other states by the end of the week so please stay tuned!
The CareforKids.com.au commitment to constant improvement means we are always working to deliver better results to early childhood providers.
If you have any questions or comments please do not hesitate to contact us here at CareforKids.com.au we are here to help!

The future is now:
Welcome to the revised NQS
The revised National Quality Standard (NQS) is now in effect and comes with fewer elements and standards and, according to ACECQA, clearer language.
The assessment and rating process for services has also been streamlined and services are now being assessed against the revised version of the NQS.
