I cannot express how grateful I am for the love and care that has been given to my child the day I went to till now. Always supporting and understanding , giving my child much attention. I have been employed at Goodstart Early Learning Batman Road since 2012 and have appreciated the work atmosphere, which aligns with my principles. I worked in all five rooms and when Director Kenneth assigned me to the kindergarten room, I had a profound connection with this age group and sensed a mutual understanding between the children and myself. I enjoy crafting activities using recycled materials and derive great satisfaction from witnessing children engage with my crafts. My biggest achievement is the recognition and trust awarded to me by the management team regarding my capabilities. I am someone who seeks self-improvement and learning, however, I have limited self-confidence. I am fortunate to have Sasa and Kenneth as supportive management. With their support and guidance, I am gaining confidence, and their belief in my abilities allows me to explore freely and utilise all of my abilities to create the best educational settings for the children. Our shared objective is to ensure the children are happy, safe, and flourishing.
