Great customer service is a truly effective way to turn lookers into bookers and browsers into buyers. At CareforKids.com.au we've been busy thinking about the best way to support early childhood providers to deliver customer service which is responsive and personalised and that really adds value to a family's experience.
After brainstorming sessions in the office and consultations with industry partners, the answer we've come up with is Online Chat, a service now available free to our Premium and Enterprise Subscribers.
Online Chat enables you to connect with and talk to parents directly, and in real time, when they are on your CareforKids.com.au profile page. Use Online Chat to build a relationship, answer questions, book tours and provide up-to-date information on any special offers.
Accessing Online Chat is easy; once you have subscribed to a chat service and setup a chat page we will display a button for live chat on your profile page which will enable you to communicate with parents directly. Chat services can be customised to suit your operating hours and availability and parents will be prompted to email their enquiry if they have a question when you are unavailable.
