She squeals with excitement when we walk through the doors. The ladies here are very friendly, caring and approachable with any concerns. They are very communicative, send lots of updates and use the Xplor app which I absolutely love as it gives me updates on her daily activities. Highly recommend Great Beginnings Mill Park.

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Great Beginnings Reservoir over the years! Our first child started at just 14 months old and stayed right through until graduating to primary school at 5, and our second child is currently attending. From the very beginning, the staff have been warm, caring, and truly invested in the wellbeing and development of our children. One of the things we’ve really appreciated is the low staff turnover — it’s been so reassuring to see familiar faces year after year, which helped our kids build strong, trusting relationships. The educators are friendly, nurturing, and take the time to get to know each child individually. The centre managers have always been thoughtful and responsive to parent feedback, and communication has been excellent throughout our time there. It’s clear that they truly care about both the children and their families. Plus, the in-house chef is amazing — our kids loved the meals and snacks, and we loved the healthy, varied menu. We’re so grateful for the positive start Great Beginnings Reservoir has given our children. Highly recommend to any family looking for a warm and professional early learning environment!

Our eldest started there just after they opened and he is now about to start school. We are so grateful to all the GB team. We have loved our experience there from the excursions to the food to the day to day running of the centre. The calm sounds and senses make pick ups and drops offs a pleasure. GB will always have a special place in our hearts and we would definitely recommend the centre

Our children started at Great Beginnings earlier this year and we have really appreciated the effort made by the centre manager Bec and the rest of the team to help with the transition and provide a nurturing and caring environment. As a parent of children with allergies, we have been especially impressed with the chef Erin who ensures that our boys’ needs are catered for. A special thank you to all but especially the Nursery 1 and Kindy rooms for going above and beyond in supporting our family.

The staff are just so welcoming and they really show that they care about the children! Management is supportive and attentive. I highly suggest enrolling your child here!!

The educators take such good care of baby and think of the little things that make kids happy. Each and every staff member always has a smile for us. We can see the centre is being managed so well hence the staff are happy and in turn they keep the kids happy!

He is always welcomed with a smile and treated so kindly. We thank you for looking after our little one while we are at work. We always know he will be safe, happy and learning lots of new things. Also a big thank you to chef Erin for providing yummy meals every day that gives the kids a variety of new things to try (we wish we could try them ourselves!). Our son's food intolerances are also monitored very well, and meals are adjusted accordingly.
