All the educators are incredibly kind, patient, and enthusiastic. Every educator is warm and welcoming, always taking the time to communicate with us and share updates about my child‘s day. Thanks to their dedication, my child has grown so much both emotionally and physically, building confidence, independence, and a genuine love for learning. The environment feels nurturing, safe, and full of warmth. I would especially like to mention Chef Kate, who prepares delicious and diverse meals everyday. Her amazing cooking brings so much happiness to my child and adds to the rich, caring experience at Sandcastle 2. We are so grateful to be part of this beautiful and supportive community!

She is always friendly and incredibly helpful and ensures everything is prioritized and handled seamlessly. After enrolling our son in this wonderful center in 2024 (pre-school level), we found our experience truly exceptional compared to other centers in both Australia and the United States. Upon returning to Australia, we prioritized finding a center where our son would feel comfortable, adjusted and supported, and Sandcastle #1 exceeded our expectations (We wished to know this great centre earlier). From the start, we were impressed by the warmth and professionalism of the centre manager, dear Rasanthi, who she and her amazing team, made our son’s transition smooth and stress-free. The dedicated and incredibly 'kind & supportive' educators and carers, have helped him build self confidence, feel safe, make friends, participate in group activities, speak up, and try new foods and fruits, including overcoming his picky eating habits. As he prepares to transition to school in 2025, we are deeply grateful for the support he has received. We also want to express our heartfelt THANKS to the entire team, including dear Rasanthi, Thelma, Jin, Fanny, Libby, Tina, Melizza, Pothiphar, Romana, Barbara...(Please accept our apologies if we missed someone's name). My son has been going to sandcastles for about 18 months now and loves it. The educators are all wonderful and clearly care... They have lots of fun activities lined up everyday, including cooking, crafts, water play and weekly physio play. The manager Thelma is also great, very approachable and helpful.
