Maryanne Sayers is one of Australia's leading baby & toddler sleep experts. As a professional baby sleep consultant, she's helped thousands of families over the last 18 years by providing parents with clear, consistent and common-sense education and guidance to help establish healthy sleep habits and avoid sleep deprivation in early childhood development.
Her education is based on going back to basics and providing a big-picture understanding of the foundations around a baby's sleep and understanding a little one's natural sleep, feed and wake cycles.
Maryanne is a certified Maternity and Child Sleep Consultant, having completed her diploma-level studies with the IHPI (International Health and Parenting Institute). She is also a member of the APSC which is the association of certified baby sleep consultants. Maryanne has been featured in various national Australian media and is also a frequent guest speaker and contributor at many community parenting forums and seminars.
In 2019, Maryanne was invited as a Keynote International Speaker to attend a toddler health and wellness Conference in Doha, Qatar (Middle East). She has also co-authored a book called “Navigating Motherhood” which launched in 2022 and is all about self-care advice, tips and inspiration for mothers. Whether you need advice on how to extend your baby's sleep cycles or self-settling or advise on dealing with sleep regressions and other sleep problems, Maryanne provides one-on-one consultations to families via phone or video call. She also has online baby sleep training available to help parents get their baby sleeping soundly throughout the night.
