They're so caring, attentive and full of love for my kids. The kids eat all the things Lee cooks for them, her menu is always great! We love all the extra activities and incursions they do, mini sports, walks to the park etc. On many occasions we've utilised the doctor who visits every few weeks (all the kids vaccinations have been done at day care so no negative vibes when we go to our GP) and the dentist to you service is so convenient! I've heard so many people change day care centres because they dont feel comfortable, this has never been the case for us, we've been there for all 5.5years and I will be so sad when my youngest finishes.

We started at Nido Airport West when it first opened and stayed for two amazing years. It was, hands down, the best childcare experience we’ve ever had. My son absolutely adored all the educators—they were so kind, supportive, and genuinely caring. Sadly, we had to leave in 2021 after moving out of the area, but we have yet to find another centre that matches its level of care and excellence. Bianca, Amanda, Jasmine, Christine and Breeana were incredible, and we’ll always remember the impact they had on our family. I can’t recommend this centre enough!

The staff are incredibly caring, professional, and always go above and beyond to create a warm, welcoming environment for the children. My child has blossomed under their care, and it’s clear that the team is genuinely dedicated to supporting each child's development. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to encourage learning and play. Communication with parents is excellent, and we always feel informed and involved in our child's progress. We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful childcare centre and would highly recommend it to any family looking for a nurturing and enriching environment for their little one! We would like to also give special recognition too both Molly and Ellie in the front office. From the very first visit, they made us feel welcomed and supported. Both are incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to assist with any questions or concerns we have. Their warm, approachable nature makes it easy to communicate, and we always feel well-informed and reassured. It’s clear that Ellie and Molly are deeply committed to providing excellent service to both families and staff.
