They took the time to reassure me and my child, easing the transition. The environment is warm and welcoming, and it's clear that the educators genuinely care about the children's well-being. Overall, I'm confident this will be a great place for my child to grow and learn as they settle in so I would definitely recommend to others!

The educators here are awesome! As a first time mum returning to work the staff made me feel at ease from day 1,... The educators here are awesome! As a first time mum returning to work the staff made me feel at ease from day 1, I knew my son was in the best care. He is always so excited to go to nursery. I like that I can keep track of his food in take, naps and bottles all through their app and each day they will post a summary of the activites the children did for the day. They are a nut and egg-free centre which I love as my son is allergic and will cater to all dietary requirements. What is also amazing is the diversity and inclusivity at the centre. They acknowledge special days and cultural holidays and will respect the values of the parents if it does not align. I am very happy with the care and the development of my son and would highly recommend this centre.

Richa is quick to solve my issues, quick to respond to my requests/emails and overall just a very warm, approachable yet professional manager. We love how attentive, caring and empathic the educators are when we have any questions regarding our child’s stay at the center. Me and my husband have gone to a few centers around but decided to enroll in this one. Even though we don’t live in the area but honestly we are happy and feel at ease leaving our child here. Chef is just the sweetest and makes delicious and healthy food and also knows all the parents and kids! The app updates are also very well done, we love seeing all the photos and the little story that comes with it to let us know what our child has been doing on that day and learning. Also brand new facilities are perfect for my child’s need. Keep up the good work team!! We are so thankful for all of you at Young academics Dundas for leading such a wonderful team of educators!!
