From the very beginning, they created a warm, nurturing, and supportive environment that truly felt like a second home for our little ones. The educators are not only professional and attentive but also genuinely passionate about helping children grow and thrive. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure our kids felt safe, loved, and engaged. The activities were always thoughtfully planned, fostering creativity, learning, and fun in equal measure. The communication from the staff was outstanding, keeping us informed and involved every step of the way. It’s clear that the entire team takes great pride in what they do, and their dedication shines through in everything they do. Bluebird Moe will always hold a special place in our hearts. The perseverance, compassion and understanding made such a big difference and our family felt supported the whole way. My daughter has fully settled in and has made some amazing connections with her educators and friends.

We sent our son to Bluebird when he was 9 months old. He has now been in this centre for nearly two years... We sent our son to Bluebird when he was 9 months old. He has now been in this centre for nearly two years and we couldn’t have asked for a better childcare centre for him. From our centre tour to orientation day, from our son being in the baby room (Joey Room) to now toddler room (Emu Room), Jenny and her team and educators have been amazing, caring and responsive. The educators here are super caring, patient and nurturing. They love children and treat them all with respect and love. As first time parents, we were extremely nervous about him being at childcare centre at such a young age and full time! However, Jenny and her team have been very helpful in settling my son and now he has been thriving in the toddler room, independent, confident and socialising, making friends. Apart from the regular day-to-day activities, the team also goes well beyond with lots of initiatives for family and creating a friendly community such as take home dinners for the families, social event night and babysitting nights. We are very happy with choosing Bluebird for our son, knowing he is in good hands and feeling safe and being loved. We would highly recommend it to any parents who are looking for childcare for their little ones.

I have been struggling to find a good match in enrolling my daughter for childcare. Bluebird Berwick was accepting applications early this year... I have been struggling to find a good match in enrolling my daughter for childcare. Bluebird Berwick was accepting applications early this year and we’ve attended the childcare tour. I was amazed by the centre itself. You could see there was room for exploring and adventures within the indoor area itself. I could foresee that my daughter would be able to extend her creativity and self development here. The centre manager Pallavi and assistant centre manager Lana, has been such a great support for myself as a first time mother who has zero idea on the childcare system in Australia. Both Pallavi and Lana, and all educators (including the chefs) has portrait such positive outlook towards myself and other families. They are very engaging through face contact or via the Storypark app, always reassuring and updating the parents/ families in regards to day to day basis for every classes/ every individual child, any upcoming events for the classes such as sports day/ dress up day/ cultural day/ Christmas gathering etc. It’s almost a year my child has attended to this childcare and I have definitely see a positive change on her social and intellectual development. She is a lot more confident, expressive and social with her classmates and also with other educators and parents/ families. I highly recommend enrolling your child/ren in Bluebird Berwick as I have never been disappointed in their services. I thank everyone in Bluebird Berwick for your excellent service!

My foster daughter went to another centre and I fought for so long to get her to bluebird they finally listened and allowed her to go. My foster daughter has speech delays and other stuff and this centre in the three weeks she's been there she has already improved with talking and all she's been up every morning at 6am crying she's going to be late for school and when I go to pick her up she's crying as she doesn't want to come home as she's having so much fun! The centre staff are all amazing know us all by name and the centre directors catlian and Paris are always there with a smile a welcoming hand and always ready to help ! This centre is freshly open and beautiful inside and out ! Highly recommend by me and my family for any kids or parents thinking about sending your kids please do !
