Transferred my daughter to this centre because my daughter had a horrible experience with her old centre and from what I see and feel, all the staff in her room at this new centre are absolutely brilliant with her and she is starting to settle in beautifully and I’m loving that she is finally happy at a centre so 10/10 for the centre from me.. also the cooks in the kitchen are also amazing people and helpful. Management are extremely helpful, understanding and empathetic which is hard to find in this world of business. They are all doing an amazing job. Highly recommend.

As a new parent, your greatest fear is letting your child in the care of others hands. At Journey Early Learning in Nightcliff, Thushari and the team could not have made the transition into daycare for both my daughter and I any more comfortable, secure, happy, safe and smooth. It is so hard to say goodbye to your child every single day whilst you have to go off to work, but when I see my daughters face light up when she sees her educators and friends, and at 18 months old hi-fives the chef on the way in, there is no greater feeling than knowing she feels safe, secure and happy in her environment. And that is all thanks to the highly dedicated, family oriented, kind and caring Journey team. Thushari who is the centre director, directs this place in a way like I imagine, no other. Her dedication and commitment to the business is undeniably unmatched. But more than anything, to see her direct in a way where the children ALWAYS come first and how she goes above and beyond to make you as a parent feel so comfortable, welcomed and happy, is so greatly appreciated and more than you could ask for. The family feel you get when all the directors, managers, chef and even educators from rooms your child isn’t even in, know your child by name and things they have done during the day and little milestones they reach, is truely so so beautiful. My daughter Scarlett and I could not be any more grateful for Thushari and the team there. ♥️

Every day feels special, thanks to the countless unique events and outings. From creative decorations to fun dress-up days, the effort put into creating a vibrant, engaging environment is truly appreciated by both parents and children. If you’re fortunate enough to secure a spot, you’ll quickly see how well-managed this kindergarten is. The dedication of the staff is unmatched—many commute over an hour daily, which speaks volumes about the culture and quality of this center. Any incidents or concerns we raised were handled professionally and promptly. The staff are attentive, proactive, and always ready to offer thoughtful advice to parents. Our daughter graduated from Journey in December, and her growth and confidence throughout the year were remarkable. The graduation ceremony was a heartwarming celebration, filled with love, laughter, and joy—an unforgettable moment for our family. Her character blossomed in large part due to the incredible staff who genuinely cared for her and nurtured her development. If we have more children in the future, we hope this same level of quality and care continues to be a cornerstone of Journey. For any parents considering joining, your only regret will be not discovering this amazing place sooner. To the staff, we love you, we miss you and thank you again for everything.

My daughter started at Journey Templestowe when she was 11 months old. After over 2.5 years, I believe this was a great decision.... My daughter started at Journey Templestowe when she was 11 months old. After over 2.5 years, I believe this was a great decision. Roshini, educators and the entire staff have been nothing short of our extended family. Roshini has responded to my every concern with personal attention and care, has been a rock solid support and I feel so relieved when I know my child is under their care. Educators Eloise, Ashish and others genuinely care for the children and go above and beyond to ensure they feel comfortable. My little one has developed her wonderful language, social and emotional skills through play, fun activities and other interactions along with building nurturing bonds, healthy eating with variety of options. She has already been introduced to cultural diversity through music, activities, art and story telling. One of my child's favorite days which she absolutely loves is when they have the weekly Magical Day Kindy dancer visitor who conduct movement classes with props and engaging fun exercises or the show and tell days!! I cannot express enough my gratitude and appreciation of taking care of my kid and raising her for all these years. These early childhood memories will always be cherished by us.

We've just wrapped up 5 + years with Journey, having sent our children through here (despite moving further away halfway through, we stayed... We've just wrapped up 5 + years with Journey, having sent our children through here (despite moving further away halfway through, we stayed with Journey Corinda and are SO glad we did). We cannot recommend it enough, especially with "Mr Chris" at the helm. Fantastic excursions, educators who know and care about the children as individuals, new and engaging toys in the rooms, community engagment, little extras for the parents/families (such as movie and date nights) It really set our children up to have a positive attitude towards learning and community. We will miss everyone dearly and will make sure to stop by with our big kids to say hello when we go past.
