Having moved here from Country SA I found Journey very friendly and easy to follow procedures. Moving between centres was not too hard either and communication is good with the centre. My child likes it so far and has fitted into her routine well. We get daily communication of their routine which I love love love!

My son absolutely loves going. He has made really beautiful relationships with his educators and class mates and is always excited to tell me about his day. The kids at the centre are very loving and supportive of each other, which I think demonstrates the care and attention they are being provided by their educators. My son actually comes home looking cleaner than he left some days! 😄 Reading some of the older reviews and having been at the centre since the day it opened I can confirm there were a fair amount of teething issues at the beginning. Thankfully, these have been resolved and we are very happy with how the centre is operating. The communication and daily photos (sometimes multiple times a day) are well above our expectations. The staff are happy, friendly and approachable and have promptly addressed any concerns that we’ve raised.

We love the activities and learning they have planned. They have various incursion such as music, sports, etc that provides valuable experience to our kids. I also salute their chefs that provides well-thought meals/snacks through their foodie program. We love the educators we have/had. I know the relationship/bond is strong when my kids mention their educators' names frequently at home. So beautiful as well to watch them grow with friends they've known for more than a year now.

I was a bit hesitant at first sending my son to kinder as it was a new experience for him and me. However,... I was a bit hesitant at first sending my son to kinder as it was a new experience for him and me. However, the educators have done a great job easing those feelings. I appreciate the daily updates, which has given me peace of mind and my son is finally starting to settle in to his new surroundings.

The Kinder room educators do a truly amazing job with attending to the different children’s needs. My daughter loves this room and has... She has a relationship with each educator and they have all taken the time to build these strong bonds making drop offs a breeze. I love seeing the photos of her in the daily stories engaged with many different resources with a giant smile on her face. They are always doing great hands on experiences and cater to a variety of learning styles.

Also, his educators always update us with daily posts, which makes me happy all the time by looking at the photos. it’s good to know what he learns and plays with each day :)

We recently changed day care’s and honestly, we couldn’t be happier with Journey. They allowed us to do as many orientations as we felt we needed for my son’s needs and was so supportive the whole way through. We are now 5 weeks in and he is absolutely thriving. The love and care for our child is unmatched. We highly recommend Journey Epsom!

My child has been through a very traumatic couple of events at a previous centre, Journey has done anything and everything to make her feel loved and accepted. I can not explain just how much it warms my heart seeing my child happy and excited to go to daycare. Thank you for re-storing my faith in early childhood education ❤️
