AIFS is a member of the Cultural Au Pair Association of Australia (CAPAA), the International Au Pair Association (IAPA). AIFS' Managing director is the President of CAPAA and serves as a panel member of ATEC's youth tourism industry panel, BYTAP.
Cancellations 30 days prior to the scheduled start date: For Host Families who have applied to the Program for the first time, 70% of the Second Payment will be refunded.
Cancellations less than 30 days to the scheduled start date: For Host Families who have applied to the Program for the first time, 50% of the Second Payment will be refunded.
Cancellations up to 4 weeks placement completed - 50% refund of Program Fee. The Registration Fee is a non-refundable.
Cancellations more than 4 weeks and up to 9 weeks of the placement completed - 30% refund of Program Fee. The Registration Fee is a non-refundable.
Cancellations more than 9 weeks of the placement completed - no refund payable.
Returning Host Families
30 days prior to the scheduled start date: 50% of the last Payment will be refunded.
Less than 30 days to the scheduled start date: 30% of the last Payment will be refunded.
Up to 4 weeks placement completed – 45% refund of the last payment.
More than 4 weeks and up to 9 weeks of the placement completed - 25% refund of the last payment.
More than 9 weeks placement completed - no refund payable.
All requests for refunds must be made in writing to The Program.
No refund will be payable for any breach of the Program's Terms & Conditions.
