I am a childcare teacher and my daughter goes to learn and laugh Alexandria. Working in this industry I could see the potential of this centre, the rooms are amazing, a beautiful outdoor area that other centres would dream, in case of rain there is a part covered and the children can still enjoy some fresh air, the staff is amazing and always support my requests about my daughter, beautiful resources and the fact that I don't need to pay for public holidays is a huge help, considering I am not permanent resident yet and I am not eligible for rebate. Trust me many other centre don't do this. Thank you! ☺️ Read more

My daughter recently attended this childcare she was in the Nursery room, for an 8 month old baby in the space of 3 months while attending this childcare she had gotten croup, ringworm, extreme nappy rash, covid and then hand foot and mouth. I fully understand kids get sick from childcare but not in such a short amount of time. She spent most of her time at home recovering from illness then actually being at the centre in the end i pulled her out of there as it was costing to much money to have her home and still paying for childcare. Being first time parents all this is new and hard to put them in childcare in the first place and to have that happened was just shocking. But to put the icing on the cake we were forced to pay 20 days even though my daughter didn't attend the centre. So just be mindful on that as well with this place they do charge you at end of enrolment I find that a huge money grab on parents. Read more
