Please if you’re reading this, just don’t send your child / children here. There are no end of issues, all the amazing staff have... Please if you’re reading this, just don’t send your child / children here. There are no end of issues, all the amazing staff have left due to poor management / lies / and being treated terribly. Luckily we are relocating and are able to pull our little one out due to this, it is hard because there is not many other available spots else where to enrol our child into. However without a doubt if we were not relocating I would have pulled my child out with the most recent update of valued staff members leaving. I’ve really had enough, that’s why I am coming here to voice this is really not a good centre. They don’t look after your children well. The amount of emails I have sent regarding my child not being fed if she’s been asleep, having burns to her bottom because she’s not been changed and not having adequate water in take. These are BASIC needs which is what we should be able to rely are happening, but they are not. They currently have 2/3 executive people onboard and around trying to get this daycare on track but it’s still so bad. My turning point for this review is my child was not changed since 10am until 4pm today!! That’s 6 hours god knows how many hours she was left with a solid nappy. It’s. Just. Not. Good. Enough. The amount of times we have asked and emailed for her nappy to even just be checked to ensure she’s not soiled what’s the point sending another email now? Because nothing is going to change. There are so many other issues with this daycare but if they can’t, feed, hydrate and change your child then that is enough reason for you not send your child here. Read more
