I highly recommended this place but unfortunately I was wrong, I am extremely disappointed with the Lack of disrespect from specific educators.
I was verbally assaulted and asked to escort the centre just because I was having a disagreement with one of the head office members for charging significant amounts of money without any type of clarification.
Very unprofessional behaviour and disrespectful way of handling matters.
Charging money even on public holidays, and when centre is closed for whatever reasons.
They make their own rules and regulations last minute and claim it to be part of the contract that has been signed upon enrolment.
My son was sent back home last week just because the day before he had 3 runny nappies.
I was not told by any staff member or educators that he needs to remain home within the next 24 hours before attending childcare again.
Yet they still charged me full day rate $170 even after sending him back home and him being okay to attend the childcare this mistake was made from their end not ours it’s their duty to follow us up and let us know about the rules.
It’s such a big disappointment that I really liked that place and felt secure and comfortable sending my child there, but after seeing a specific educator treat me with disrespect and raise her voice at me as a parent it is not acceptable.
I do not feel safe having my child attend this type of daycare if there are educators lack communication skills and disrespect are working in an environment where respect, communication and cooperation should be part of their principles.
I do not feel safe having my child attend this daycare ever again.
Especially when I caught a specific the same that has verbally assaulted me having vape in her pockets most of the time isn’t something that should be kept in pocket around kids.
Shoutout to the good ones my respect remains for you, thank you for the love and care you gave my son ( Shruthi,Rimmy and all room 3 educators)

My both kids started at this childcare in July - one child at 7 months and other at 3.5 years and they both settles really quickly. Staff is amazing and they take of kids really well. They have a lot of activities and you get a journal on daily basis to let you know what your child did. Thank you so much to all the staff.
