This service is amazing. I have come from a childcare background, my standards were very high and at time looking through other services... This service is amazing. I have come from a childcare background, my standards were very high and at time looking through other services they were unrealistic. Coming into the service you are greetly with many warm smiles from the staff, you are shown around and everything is shared with you. Emilie, was amazing through the whole process and her team have shown me that my expectations were not unrealistic, in fact they could be met and then some. Miss Abigael was my daughter's teacher in the kindergarten room, she struggled with separation anxiety quite bad at the start, but this was nothing for her, calming and reassuring she took my daughter each drop off and day by day their bond got stronger and stronger. She became more more settled and started to adjust. Not only was miss Abigael supportive of this transition but the staff in the room next to her, which was also a kindergarten room, also from time to time assisted if miss Abigael was busy or unavailable. This created an even bigger bond for her within the service, she now had support and reassurance from 3 teachers, miss Abigael,miss Sanda and miss Desiree. The programs they run are of a high standard, mixing play with a formal sit down learning time, my daughter has already adjusted to school life and has already begun prep work half way through kindergarten. She school readiness has increased and her thirst for knowledge exploded, with asking questions around what they were learning in science class, music class and the letter she was learning that week. Meal options were also incredible, the children are provided a well rounded meal each day, which also allows them to try new foods they wouldn't normally try. The facilities are amaIng, the playgrounds and how they rotate each day to ensure everyone is engaged and everyone can have a chance to explore each space is really nice to see. The fun space ship is also a great advantage for winter mornings and rainy days, the children can still get out that energy and laughter as they play on the indoor playground. I can not fault this service and I am actually sad to be finishing up this year. The staff. Has become family for us and we will dearly miss the morning chats and smiles from each of them, including chef Robert into he kitchen. 100% happy family and we can't waitb to return 2026 for our son to start.
