Our child recently attended Learn & Laugh Five Dock and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and attentive, making us feel welcome straight away. Their warm and caring approach put us at ease, and it’s clear they genuinely enjoy working with children. The communication was excellent, keeping us informed and involved every step of the way. It’s comforting to know our child was in such a nurturing and supportive environment. We highly recommend this daycare to any parents looking for a positive, well-run service for their little ones. My son has been attending Learn and Laugh (L&L) Five Dock for almost 1.5 years. Sadly we are moving interstate so we will be leaving Learn and Laugh, which is a tough decision. My son has loved his time at the daycare so much, and we are deeply grateful for everything L&L have done for him. Their care, support, and dedication have made a significant positive impact on him, and we truly appreciate all the effort they have put into his growth and happiness. We will always cherish the amazing care my son received at Learn and Laugh. Read more

In January 2012 the National Quality Framework (NQF) came into effect across Australia.
The purpose of the NQF is to improve and standardise the quality of child care through a
range of measures including better staff to child ratios, higher staff qualifications
and an assessment and rating system designed to promote continuous improvement.
Under the NQF child care services are assessed and rated against the National Quality Standards (NQS).
The NQS measures the quality of early childhood education and care in Australia. It will cover
most long day care, family day care, preschool/kindergarten and outside school hours care services.
Under these standards child care services will be assessed and rated against the
seven quality areas, 18 standards and 58 elements that make up the NQS.
