Rise & Shine Kindergarten Marrickville

At Rise & Shine Education we have developed our own unique curriculum to ensure your child learns & develops holistically; it’s called the Shine Advantage™ program. We know learning letters and numbers is important, but it’s only one small part of how they will grow and develop as a person. Our curriculum consists of five key elements:

Smart Start

Our Smart Start program is all about the cognitive development of your child.

Inspired

The Inspired element of our curriculum is all about promoting creativity, exploration and inspiration in children.

Unite

Our Unite element teaches children to be socially responsible, learn compassion, kindness and respect for diversity.

Our Fit element promotes and educates the children about their physical well being and taking responsibility for their own health.

Our crew are professional, passionate, warm and love their jobs.

At Rise & Shine Kindergarten, we are proud to have the support of the Queensland Government’s kindergarten funding program, enabling us to provide premium kindergarten programs for free in 2024.

In 2024, all children eligible at Rise & Shine Kindergarten centres in Maroochydore and Maroochy River will receive 30 hours of FREE Kindy per fortnight.

The FREE Kindy offering is fully inclusive including freshly cooked meals prepared on site, the holistic Shine Advantage Curriculum, Kindy+, an innovative incursion and excursion program, the Little Bakers program, and access to Orbit, an industry first STEM program exclusively available to Rise & Shine families.

Eligibility
To check your child’s eligibility for FREE Kindy, please consider the following:

• Your child must be of eligible age, turning 4 by 30 June 2024.
• You can only claim the funding subsidy for FREE Kindy for your child at one centre.

Enrolling children from 6 weeks to 3 years
At Rise & Shine Kindergarten, we provide premium education and care for children from 6 weeks of age. If your child does not meet the age eligibility for FREE Kindy, our team would be happy to discuss other rebates that your family may be eligible and provide a fee quote for you.

Rise & Shine offer a communication app that is updated regularly throughout the day with activities, nap times, meals and other important information. The parents are also welcomed into the centre for events including Mother’s and Father’s day celebrations, 

Parent Information evenings, Transition to School evenings, Christmas Concerts and Graduations. We also regularly send surveys to families to provide feedback and have a dedicated support team who are available to assist families.
