Bright Minds Academy is nothing short of an exceptional centre. Their standards are high, the centre is clean, quality of care is ensured... Bright Minds Academy is nothing short of an exceptional centre. Their standards are high, the centre is clean, quality of care is ensured and the staff are welcoming, passionate and dedicated to supporting the children in every way possible. As a parent, I can testify that my child is cared for, willingly goes to any staff member at drop off and I am kept updated through the day on all activities. My child has come a long way in this centre and is coming home with new skills regularly which is reassuring. It is also wonderful to see a constant rotation of crafts, lessons and activities on display everywhere. Resources are new, plentiful and of high quality in this lovely centre and provide a wide variety of sensory stimulation for all age groups. Meals are nutritious, the centre smells delicious every morning when I walk in and I am greeted warmly by friendly faces all around. As a mobile Allied Health Professional (externally contracted) visiting the centre weekly to provide services to children with special needs across the rooms, this centre exceeds the standards of local centres, and many others I have visited across Sydney. They are welcoming and enable me to do my job with no interference or resistance to externally funded supports, meaning that the children are able to receive their therapies on site in a context that is relevant to them and their developmental needs. The staff are happy to work closely and are attentive to any recommendations provided to help the children flourish which has led to some incredible outcomes. There are wonderful staff in each room across this centre, they radiate compassion, exude patience and are wholly dedicated to helping each child to succeed. 5 stars. Read more
