My daughter attended Edge Early Learning Centre Munno Para on Andrews Road in 2023. There were a few educators who were brilliant and needed to be recognised for their fantastic work. If I could name them, I would, but i get a feeling they already know who they are. As the year went on, it became less and less of those beautiful familiar people to leave my at the time 1.5 year old daughter with. None of the newer educators could tell me how she was doing throughout the day, nor would they approach us or just turn their backs when we approached them for pick up. My daughter came home with a bruise under her eye one evening. It got bigger the next day. Not one educator could tell me what happened. In a couple of the photos that were posted in the app, she looked terrified in the background. I didn't think it was appropriate to post. Well, anyway, now it's 2025. I enrolled her in Creative Garden Early Learning Centre North Lakes, which is located on the corner of Stebonheath Road and Curtis Road. I really had a bad gut feeling I had sent her back to Edge on Andrews road, she'd not do too well. She is doing much better at this new centre. They seem to know what they are doing, and the app is fantastic. They notify me for bum changes, naps, what they are eating, and when they apply sunscreen, which is fantastic. It's the kind of information we should receive as that's what we pay for!
