My son has recently started here (3yo) and is doing well. I must credit that to the gentle and lovely educators.
Our background is non-mandarin speaking and he's always been home with me up til this point. I thought it would be a big struggle but he enjoys his time there and has even suddenly potty trained thanks to the encouragement of the educators who told me he's actually ready and to give it a try at home (it's partnership after all).
I find the center to be clean and well-organized and the food to be a nice and nutritious variety. I love how parents get an update everyday with pictures and live update of meals eaten, toileting, naptime. (This is my favourite!) Parents also get a heads up on curriculum for the week so we can anticipate with our child and also support their learning and experiences.
As it's our first time at childcare, we honestly couldn't be happier. The mandarin exposure is a big bonus for us because there's not many spaces to get this type of exposure for them here in Australia and with us being non-mandarin speakers too. Thank you, BB5!

I trust bilingual by 5 with both of my children.
It is hard to leave my children every morning, but the fact that i know they are in good hand and enjoying themselves, makes it a little easier.
BB5 teacher and staffs are well trained, patient, kind and loving. Their attention to details and sincere care given to the children is well reflected at how much my children love attending the centre.
Please continue your work and passion in teaching mandarin to our community!
