We have been very impressed with journey and thanks to the team and room educators Liz and Takeya. We love the routines and stories and pics in the Storypark app. He’s come along way from when he started and that’s because of you guys. We will miss Journey and we thank you for making our first day care experience smooth and positive. As you know we are only leaving due to relocating out of the area highly recommend Journey if you need daycare in Bacchus. Read more

Clean, and fantastic facilities. This is our 4th baby and the best centre we have ever been involved with. The staff are all amazing but a special shout out to Steph and Liz who have helped our little one settle in so well. The love all the women have for our baby is amazing and we feel our baby is safe and loved in our absence. He loves to see his Steph every day and smiles when we say her name, the love is mutual from our little man. The food provided is always different and fresh. The whole team are approachable, friendly and dedicated. Thank you from our family x Read more

In January 2012 the National Quality Framework (NQF) came into effect across Australia.
The purpose of the NQF is to improve and standardise the quality of child care through a
range of measures including better staff to child ratios, higher staff qualifications
and an assessment and rating system designed to promote continuous improvement.
Under the NQF child care services are assessed and rated against the National Quality Standards (NQS).
The NQS measures the quality of early childhood education and care in Australia. It will cover
most long day care, family day care, preschool/kindergarten and outside school hours care services.
Under these standards child care services will be assessed and rated against the
seven quality areas, 18 standards and 58 elements that make up the NQS.
