Your yearly summary of your child is a copy and paste template with obviously a different picture (your child, i realised this when both children where going there). Their is no routine or structure there. if your child has a cut or a bruise on their face they wont just ask whats happened they will bombared the child with questions and if one teacher isnt getting an answer they get another. That is BULLYING and rather traumatising for a 4 year old. Keep receipts of your fees because they love to 'mis communicate' and tell you your behind. (If you know your not say something or youll be paying more). The first year my kids loved it. The next year they never wanted to stay there, couldnt wait to get home. Bullying is child abuse!!
