The staff that are left are lovely and genuinely care about the kids, unfortunately the owner is not and does not. She just sees $$$ and is extremely rigid and unapproachable. Her rules and policies are restrictive and unaccommodating. There is a high staff turnover and it is often hard to tell who actually works at the centre. The education being offered needs to be re-evaluated also. My Son goes to prep next year and seems further behind than most kids at his age from other centres. This was never addressed by the centre. This is not a reflection of the staff but of the owner. Read more

Massive staff turnover, way worse than other centres. Staff turnover all seems as a result of the owner, who doesn't treat her staff... Massive staff turnover, way worse than other centres. Staff turnover all seems as a result of the owner, who doesn't treat her staff well. Due to high staff turnover most days they weren't meeting child to educator ratio laws ans there would often be one worker watching 12 or more kids, so they'd often put a show on the ipad to entertain the kids. I do not recommend sending your children here. Read more
