We couldn’t be happier with our experience at this childcare centre. After a challenging time elsewhere, it’s been such a relief to find a place where our little one is so well cared for. The educators are incredibly nurturing, always taking the time to share details about our child’s day and answer any questions we might have. They’ve gone above and beyond to ensure she has everything she needs for a happy and fulfilling day. Initially, I was nervous about sending my child only one day a week, worried that she might not build strong connections with her educators or that they wouldn’t remember her. However, those concerns quickly disappeared. From the very first day, the educators greeted her warmly by name and remembered details from the previous week, making her feel valued and welcome. Our child now talks so fondly about her educators and looks forward to her time at the centre each week. Her communication and self-help skills have improved remarkably, and every pick-up brings a new milestone or something she’s excited to share. During those first few visits, when she was a little hesitant, the educators were incredibly kind and attentive, gently helping her settle by engaging her in activities or taking her to watch the birds. They were always understanding and supportive, even taking my calls during the day when I was feeling anxious after a tough morning.
