Failed to comply with court order despite parent providing details requested a month prior. Not in parents or child’s best interests. Beware.

Dear Nathan, our team respectfully replied to you in writing that we have been given a termination notice by your child’s mother and as such we cannot add an account for you. We do not add parents’ accounts during the notice period as the child’s account is in the process of being shut down. We reassure you that there is no hidden agenda in our actions and we hope you can reconsider your unfair review.
