As a first time mum, I was super nervous about my little one starting daycare, but we could not have been happier to start here. The director Sophie is amazing - she has even called me to let me know our CCS had stopped and I was able to follow it up before we got charged the full fees. The educators are fantastic! They are very accomodating to your child’s requirements, including food allergies with onsite meal preparation. They always appear to do a different activity each day. They communicate really well with parents. The rooms are spacious and well thought out, with great outdoor spaces including gardens, sand pits, and a cubby house. In our 5 months of being here, there has only been a few notifications of illnesses between Nursery and TinyTots which is a testament to their cleaning regime and attention to hygiene. We unfortunately have to cut back from 3 days a week due to a change in work locations, but because we love Imagine so much we will be keeping our daughter in 1 day a week for the time being because we don’t want to completely leave the centre.
