She is a natural leader—always approachable, positive, and proactive in every aspect of her role. Stacy’s ability to foster a sense of community among staff, children, and parents is remarkable. She is truly on top of everything, ensuring that both the educators and families feel supported, valued, and heard. Her professionalism and warmth make a significant difference in the daily experiences of both children and parents. Alongside Stacy, Beth has also been so very incredible.
