Staff are rough and push/pull/hit/scream at kids. Management (Jess) is a compulsive liar and upper management sweep everything under the rug. Made a complaint October last year about my son being hit by an educator and it’s still “under investigation” in February as is a complaint I made in January. Reviews left below are from staff members to up the ratings. Kids coming home with huge bruises on their face but no one will tell me what happened or follow up. Don’t expect to be greeted. One staff member calls kids disgusting and gross for wetting their pants whilst dragging by the arm across the yard. Same staff member I saw with my own eyes slamming a kid around roughly because he was being naughty. Management do not care they protect these staff. Do not recommend. There is a couple of ladies there who go above and beyond. Managements response to educator hitting and swearing at my child was to tell the educator to “ignore and don’t interact” with my kid instead of addressing the issue .
