She made us feel very welcomed. I was comfortable and felt I made the right decision with sending my son here for his day care. First day of drop off, like every parent was a struggle as I felt sad leaving my son. The ladies reassured me he would have a great day. It wasn’t long before I got updates on his day, how he was going, along with some photos. Which really put my mind at ease and bought instant happiness. I could see at pickup my son had a great day and enjoyed being with the other kids and the activities they did. A special shoutout to his educators, Michelle, Sarah and Bree for comforting my son anytime he was emotional, for welcoming him - showing him love and care as he starts this journey. Drop off is now easy, as he runs off and plays with the kids. Easing my anxiety. My sons have attended the Little Birds service since one was a baby, the other a toddler, and I have seen such improvement... My sons have attended the Little Birds service since one was a baby, the other a toddler, and I have seen such improvement in both age groups. They get excited to come here as they always have a smile on their face as they walk through the entrance doors. Staff go above and beyond to make them feel like their service is a second home.
