It was tough picking a daycare for my little one, but i 100% made the right decision and i knew that from day 1 when I cared more about me leaving than he did. He absolutely loves coming here everyday, and isn't too keen on having to leave in the afternoon 😂 All the staff are so friendly and loving and definitely treat him like their own. I love seeing his bond with them and his little friends, he's learning so much aswell as having endless fun 💗 Read more

Ladies where lovely but I was told 3 days into my child’s first week that It is probably best to find a new daycare… I didn’t feel like the centre wanted to look after my child so I had to get work off to ensure I found a new daycare before returning to work again. I wouldn’t recommend babies at this centre as they can’t pick up the kids due to their philosophy…. Read more
Hello Miya Settling a baby into a new setting is a very emotional and difficult thing to do for everyone concerned. We believe it is best to have open and honest conversations with families about how the settling in process is going rather than taking the easy road and telling untruths (which some centres do). It is fundamental to our philosophy of care for children that we partner with families – we can’t have a partnership if we lie about your child’s progress. Your child was finding the transition to child care very difficult. We were working extremely hard to help with the settling process and we tried our best to reassure you that your child would eventually settle – three days is a relatively short time in the settling process especially for a child who is finding it a bit more of a challenge. You asked if it would be best if you found another centre for your child to which we responded that that is only a decision that you and your partner could make. To be clear, we did not ask you to leave and that was not our intention. We only want the best for your child and your family and if you felt that was the best decision, then professionally we did not want to guilt or coerce you into staying with us. In relation to the carrying of children, what was said to you was that we can’t carry around children for long periods of time due to the occupational health and safety aspects of back care – carrying uneven loads on hips is very bad for backs. We also said to you that we always comfort children in other ways eg by sitting on the floor with them, sitting them in our laps and giving them lots of cuddles to reassure them. We are sorry that you found the process of settling your child difficult and we sincerely wish you and your family all the best for the future.
