Our little one has been attending Grow for around 6 months and we have loved the experience for him so far. The centre director is caring and approachable - she also listens and has always welcomed and helped with any questions or concerns we have had. The team members in our child's room are fantastic, from the first room to the second the staff have been knowledgeable and welcoming and are brilliant with the kids. They get plenty of outside time and activities which have supported development. I feel welcome to drop my child off and stay with him when I can for a while to let him settle into the day. Things that I love The outdoor area is safe and secure for kids The sleeping room is actually seperate from the main area in the rooms for the babies The diligence when it comes to our child's allergies and routine have been respected Keep it up Grow! Hands down the best daycare in the greater Frankston area. I trust them emphatically & cannot recommend them any more. The entire team at Grow - from the proficient & communicative leadership team, to the sensational on site chef, to the Room Leaders & all the Educators - everyone there are beyond amazing at what they do. The genuine care & love every single team member has shown our family is unlike any centre I’ve ever experienced before. It’s really apparent everyone there actually wants to be there & loves what they do; the overall vibe of positivity is throughout the whole centre. The centre is itself is incredibly well done. Super clean, but not clinical. An awesome range of toys & facilities in every room. Lots of natural light & an amazing outdoor area. The kids are outdoors at every possible moment, enjoying a plethora of sensory & educational equipment & activities in the fresh air. In the seven months since my wee one started at Grow we’ve had the joy of experiencing three different rooms, along with three different sets of incredible Room Leaders & Educators. I cannot fault any of them. Between my kiddo & step-son, this is the fourth Daycare we’ve experienced, across three different suburbs, so I can really appreciate the elevated environment at Grow. And most importantly of all - the one person’s view that really matters - is that of my kiddo: In the truest sense of the word, there’s more days than not, that she *literally* doesn’t want leave daycare. Not to mention eagerly jumping into an Educator’s arms each morning. She’s happy, content & loves it there. As full-time working parent, this is all I could really hope for.
