Welcome to Vera Lacaze Memorial Community Kindergarten

Vera Lacaze Memorial Kindergarten and Preschool Inc opened on 2 February, 1965, and is named after the first woman elected to the Toowoomba City Council - a very community minded woman committed to the needs of children.

'Where individuality is celebrated, respected and cherished.'
We see children as unique and capable individuals who learn from all environments, experiences and relationships around them. We provide a safe, flexible, interesting and relaxed setting which allows children to make choices and decisions about what they do on a daily basis.
