Our child has been attending Guardian Arthur Street since he was seven months old and is now about to start Kindy next year.... Our child has been attending Guardian Arthur Street since he was seven months old and is now about to start Kindy next year. We couldn't be happier with our experience. The educators are incredibly attentive and caring, making sure that each child feels supported and valued. We particularly love the daily updates to Storypark, which keep us informed about our child’s activities and progress. The education program is fantastic, with a strong emphasis on learning through play, which has greatly benefited our child’s development. While there has been some turnover, which is common in many childcare centres and some recent negative press with other centres, the management team has handled these changes very well, ensuring continuity and maintaining a high standard of care. Overall, Guardian Arthur Street has provided a nurturing and stimulating environment for our child, and we highly recommend it to other parents. We are surprised at some of the negative reviews on here as that has not been our experience. We hope Guardian Arthur Street and their educators continue their high level of standard. Read more

The director, Yvvone, and another educator, Lydia, were rude and unwelcoming. The cleanliness was terrible—the kids’ sink was blocked, and educators were shouting at children. This is not what you’d expect from a place responsible for caring for children. I would not recommend this center to other parents. They need to improve their staff’s behavior and address hygiene issues to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for kids. Read more

During our interview and inspection at Yvonne’s childcare center, we were dismayed to witness several concerning issues. Children were crying without anyone attending to them, and educators were using negative language such as ‘do cry’ and ‘no,’ which contradicts early childhood center rules in Australia. Furthermore, the center director, Yvonne, displayed a lack of interest in discussing childcare practices during our inspection. These observations are alarming and suggest a need for immediate attention to ensure the well-being and proper care of the children in the center. Read more
