My daughter started in the 2 year old room and is now graduating from the 5 year old room and going to Kindergarten. Choosing a daycare for your child is so difficult especially when they are little and can't talk or communicate. I loved the large area of Redfern Cottage. The huge outdoor area and big classrooms are great for the kids. I love how big the classrooms were and spacious. This is great especially if the weather is bad and the kids can't go outside. The classrooms are big enough for them to play and roam around. We found Redfern Cottage great at dealing with any issues that arose. They are accepting of feedback and quick to make changes. My daughter is very happy at Redfern Cottage. She created a great relationship with all the teachers. Everyone knows her name and greets her when she comes to daycare. She goes to the teachers easily and they will carry her or sit with her until she feels good about going to play. My son went to Redfern Cottage for 6 months and has many allergies. Redfern Cottage took his allergies very seriously and ensured that all staff were aware of his allergies. We did not have any allergic reactions at Redfern Cottage. I love all the events that the daycare puts on. My daughter looks forward to all the Christmas parties, Easter parties and so on. The daycare if very multicultural too which I love. There is great diversity amongst the teachers and the students attending too. I would not hesitate to recommend Redfern Cottage to anyone. It was a great daycare and the office managers Taylor, Naima and Kystelle are great too. Read more
