Unfortunately, our experience, and our son's (20 months), was not positive. We found the communication between most of the educators lacking. When we would pick up our son, there were many instances where no one could provide details about his day. After bringing this up, we noticed a slight improvement, but it was not enough to reassure us. Many of our requests as parents were ignored, as we constantly had to repeat ourselves several times, which in the end got extremely frustrating. We received five calls over five consecutive days about our son falling, which raised concerns about supervision and the frequency of these incidents. Additionally, the center was highly disorganised, with an outdated menu and cleanliness issues. It is a shame because there were a few staff members who really did try to make our son's time enjoyable. However, as a whole, we felt the center fell below the expected standard. Read more

Great centre. My son came out of his shell after being here for a couple months. He was more then happy being there.... Great centre. My son came out of his shell after being here for a couple months. He was more then happy being there. The educators, especially miss Maggie and Miss Guy who are amazing and truly cared. Would recommend them to any one. Read more
