I want to thank the whole team of Little Zack's Austral for all the care and love for my child. I am really excited and happy to see my child growing every day with new learnings and skills. I can surely see the difference in him. My son goes to 2 to 3 years room. I really want to mention the name of Miss Rokeya for her exteremly caring and enthusiastic gesture toward the children. My son admires her a lot and I am sure other children do that as well. Her presence in the morning welcoming everyone in the room makes the children happy and enthusiastic. Dropping off my son in the morning with a happy smile on face takes away all the stress and makes me recharge for the whole day. I also want to thank and appreciate the other educators for there never ending effort to look after our kids. I should also mention about Miss Mona on this regards. She is so lovely and helpful. She has a really caring attitude to every child and my son likes her a lot. Lastly want to thank the admin team and centre director for the prompt response in every matter. Choosing LZ Austral has proven to be an excellent decision. The management fosters an open and transparent communication culture, which I appreciate. Every educator I've interacted with has been warm and approachable. I'm especially grateful to the educators in the Explorers room. They consistently provide me with updates about my daughter, detailing her activities, what she enjoyed, and how her day unfolded, every time I pick her up. It's heartwarming to see my daughter eagerly going to her educators, hugging them, and feeling comfortable in their presence. This reassures me that LZ Austral provides a safe and nurturing environment for children. Their care is evident in small details, few examples: when I pick up my daughter at the end of the day, her hair is neatly done, and if her clothes are dirty, she has been changed into clean ones.
