My son recently started, and from day one, we felt like part of the family. Despite being new, he was warmly included in the graduation ceremony, and the staff made sure he felt special. Miss Kimba and Miss Chelsea are exceptional educators – the best I've ever met. Although we've only been here a short time, every staff member knows our son, and he's formed a strong bond with his teachers. Coming from another local centre that didn't meet our expectations, this centre has been a breath of fresh air. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a nurturing and inclusive environment for their child. Read more

Honestly I could not thank this centre enough for everything they do. From the care they provide to every child, the animals that the children can interact with daily and the nutritious meals. The educators are fabulous; I don’t know what I’d do without them all. Thankyou beenleigh early learning for being so incredible and keep up the fantastic work. Read more

I strongly advise against this center for children with medical needs. We entrusted our one-year-old, who requires feeding through a nasogastric tube, to their care, only to be let down in a significant and distressing way. After staff were trained, our child attended for three weeks (missing one due to an illness outbreak). Without any prior notice, beside an unread email sent at 8:00pm Sunday night by the centre director we were abruptly informed at drop-off one morning that the staff would no longer feed him through his tube. This decision has put us in an impossible situation, as finding another daycare on short notice is nearly impossible. We are now facing the prospect of unpaid leave or even resigning from our jobs to provide care for our son. There option was for a parent to attend the centre and carry out every feed which would consist of 4 hours of leave each day from our employer. (Travel, feeding times) To make matters worse, John claimed to have spoken with both the Department of Education and KU Children’s Services (the inclusion agency) about the situation. Yet, when we contacted the department ourselves, we found out that no such discussions ever took place. John has still not provided any proof of these supposed conversations and has since ghosted us. While the educators themselves are competent and caring, the management’s handling of this situation has been nothing short of disappointing and irresponsible. Their communication was dishonest, and their complete lack of support for our son’s medical needs is inexcusable. Read more
