I worked here for 2 years from 2018 to 2021and I moved the other state but I still remember this centre as... I worked here for 2 years from 2018 to 2021and I moved the other state but I still remember this centre as one of top five childcares.First of all they are really serious about their business that means they not see you just money but they teach the educator to treat the children as you want to be treated so they have a really good system and training for educator( Even they said " if children make table massy while they are eating, clean it quickly. If you are in the restaurant you want to eat your with the messy table? They also same so tidy up for them always) . Second their hygiene procedures are really strict almost top in Sydney. Third, plenty of recourse ; you never know how many centre struggling with resources. Last one for who want to work here, if you haven't enough experience, here is good to learn. Lots of traning and also opportunities but also as I mentioned it before they are way too serious 😅😅😅 I personally think there is more stress than other centre. But I promiss you they truly support you and also this area parents are really great. They are always relaxed and polite. Read more
