My 21month old daughter has thrived over the last few months thanks to Amber, Choon and the other girls. Ingrid understands what works best and her strong leadership ensures that every child benefits from a consistent and well thought out approach to learning and development. In my personal experience I very much have to disagree with others previously stating she lacks empathy, Ingrid and Karly cared for my little sister at their previous Regency Park centre even though it had been 15 or so years with little to no contact between the family they both still came to show respects and even thoughtfully organised the balloons for her funeral in her favourite colours. This just shows the care extends far beyond the centre. While some may misinterpret her directness, I believe it comes from a place of deep knowledge and passion for what she does. She sets high standards because she genuinely cares about the well-being of the children in her care.
