Canterbury Bankstown Family Day Care with Monju

Normal Hours of Operation: 08:00am to 06:00 pm (Minimum 8 hours care per day)
I am available outside these hours with prior arrangements.
The following rate schedule will follow from 6 July 2015 to 3 July 2016.

SERVICE FEE
Full time care / Part time care $7.00 per hour
Care required outside the hours of 8am to 6pm $8.00 per hour
Casual (extra day occasionally) $7.00 per hour
Before and After School Care $7.00 per hour
Saturday Care Subject to availability $10.00 per hour
Sunday Care $1500 per hour
Public Holidays $15.00 per hour
Pre arranged overtime (No Childcare Benefit) $7.00 per hour
Overtime penalty rate (each child) $15.00 per ½ hour or part there of
Parent Membership per annum will pay to Family day care office $70.00 (inc GST)
Administration Levy (each child) will pay to Family day care office $6.50 per day from 6 July 2015

- Nappies and food is provided by the family
- I have a minimum contract of 8 hrs per day
- When your child does not attend care (public holidays, family holidays, sick days etc) - payment is required
- Parents need to discuss 2 weeks before for any contract changes to avoid penalty fee

If you wish to enroll your child at my service it is important you contact the office without delay on 9789 9489 to organise your enrolment interview. At your enrolment you will be required to pay an enrolment fee and a refundable holding deposit. Two weeks notice is required when changing your contract together with an increase in deposit to cover the additional day.
