Finding the right childcare for my child with a disability was an overwhelming task, requiring a lot of thought and consideration. I had to carefully think about how his therapies would be integrated, how his specific needs would be met, and how I could continue to monitor his progress closely. However, from the moment we found this childcare, everything became so much easier. The staff made accommodations to ensure my child felt welcome and supported, and they’ve been incredibly understanding of both his needs and mine as a mother during this critical time in our lives. I truly couldn’t have chosen a better place for my son. The educators are so kind, caring, and welcoming, treating my son like a part of their family. It’s heart-warming to see how my son has blossomed alongside his peers. He is flourishing in an environment where he feels accepted and supported, and it’s clear that the staff genuinely cares about his well-being and development. What stands out even more is how the childcare is dedicated to celebrating inclusion. They’ve organized a special day to celebrate my son’s disability and help his peers better understand who he is beyond his disability. This thoughtful initiative is such a beautiful gesture, and it means a lot to me as a mother. It’s wonderful to see a place so committed to not only caring for children but also fostering an environment of acceptance and understanding.
