We have now officially finished our childcare era with the youngest about to start prep and how I will miss the warm welcome, the smell of the yummy food being prepared in the kitchen and always seeing my kids so happy and so at home. It really feels like you are dropping them off with family. I am so glad to have had the opportunity to have my children be a part of the Newport Lakes Childcare family for 7 years between my two. There is something particularly homely about the care they were given - we felt like part of an extended family and were always in awe of the kindness and enthusiasm the educators (and management) have for both their role and the responsibility of looking after our little ones. The smaller centre size is perfect for families who appreciate the personal touch and want to get to know all the people who are spending the day with your child. We haven't had a negative experience, our kids have blossomed and we would recommend the centre to others looking for a place in Newport. Read more
