I cannot give more than 2 stars due to the experience we had for our child. We have sent our child to this Childcare... I cannot give more than 2 stars due to the experience we had for our child. We have sent our child to this Childcare centre for a few months and unfortunately it was not a good experience due to below. 1. Some educators are so lazy, lots of times I when I went to pick up the kid, the educators were just sitting with having a crying kid standing next to them but they don’t look after the crying kids. 2. I will not mention the educator’s name but one educator was pushing my kid to sleep, my kid refused to sleep and they still forced him to sleep as they said there is a routine. How can you force kids to do something they don’t want? 3. The turnover rate is so high, including the centre manager as well. It is very hard to keep the relationship, there was a good educator and then she left and hard to find any other good ones. 4. During the months my kid was in, they rang me so many times to ask me to pick up my child. They would find all excuses to send the children home to reduce their workload.
