I had my child over there for a few months, Then I had to leave imagine childcare. I could not give more... I had my child over there for a few months, Then I had to leave imagine childcare. I could not give more than 2 stars for the following reasons 1.the staff turnover is so high , it is so difficult to establish a good relationship with my baby educator, as every few weeks they will leave and someone else will take over. 2.imagine daycare promote themselves as 6.30am start, however when i used to drop my child that early, there was only one person who does everything, so no one was readily available in the baby's room to look after the kids who may arrive early. 3.they will look for any execuse to send the child home, and the staff will be all doctors and pharmacists when it comes to send ur child home. eventhough I proved on many occasions as a medical professional that what they claim has no medical background, they insisted, which really alerted me to their standard and how they operate. They offered free coffee but u needed to come a bit later in the day otherwise the kitchen staff won't be there to help u. My advice it can be a temporary measure but definitely not a long term day care for your child. Read more

We have been at Imagine for a year and a half since the centre first opened, my eldest will be graduating from kinder... We have been at Imagine for a year and a half since the centre first opened, my eldest will be graduating from kinder at the end of the year. I’m sad her time with Imagine is coming to an end. My 2.5 year old is in the toddler room and she loves her educators and the environment around her. They offer great indoor and outdoor spaces for the kids, with a lot of activities to occupy them throughout the day. Both my girls have thrived so much at this service. All the educators are so lovely and attentive, they do such an amazing job with the children. The management team are always available to help and the centre is kept clean and tidy. I receive photos throughout the day on the app so I’m not constantly wondering how they are going. Would highly recommend this centre! Read more
