I recently arranged a tour of this childcare centre with the director. The facility appeared well-maintained and promising, given its newness. However, upon arrival, the director was unavailable, and I was assisted by a staff member, which I understand can be necessary in a busy environment. A few weeks after the tour, I was offered a spot for my child and promptly received a follow-up call. During this call, I was informed that in order to secure the position, I would need to pay a bond, which I agreed to. Prior to making this payment, I sought clarification regarding the process should my circumstances change. Kristen confirmed that I would need to notify the centre four weeks in advance in such a case. When I later called to cancel, I spoke with Rebecca, who assured me that everything was fine and instructed me to complete the exit form. Rebecca subsequently followed up the next day, urging me to submit the form promptly to avoid exceeding the four-week notification period. I submitted the form on December 5th as requested. However, after following up on December 23rd, I did not receive a response until January 2nd. The email I received was unsigned, only identified as coming from an "Enrolment Specialist," and stated that, due to my son not having started, the bond would not be refunded according to the centre’s policy. In my view, I was given unclear and potentially misleading information over the phone, and I believe the centre's focus appears to be on charging a high daily rate of $165, which is significantly above the rates of other local centres, rather than prioritizing providing quality care for the community. My advice is to avoid centres requesting a bond and then keeping your bond when your child hasn't even started. This spot could of easily been refilled when I provided ample notice and actually 10 weeks notice to be precise. Read more

Your on private property and are affecting people who work at night and causing a lot of distress to our animals ! If you do not live at the premises you should not be using it as part of your kids pick up . Journey learning have parking for you so use it . You are all being recorded and have been told numerous opon numerous times not to be so disrespectful and to stay off property even with signs blatantly telling you but it still continues. It’s disgusting and your kids should be ashamed of how lazy and unsafe this has become it’s only a matter of time before a kid gets run over by a speeding car .
