But knowing that the staff at Little Gems Condell Park have all been working there for many many years it is abundantly clear that they have excellent management , good rapport with parents and are highly experienced in the care of our little ones. I cannot fault them at all and leaving my child with them feels me with ease as I am a working mum. My child is always excited to go in and continues to thrive emotionally, mentally and physically.
