After seeing numerous posts about Apple Blossoms Narre, I want to say stay clear. This centre needs a major overhaul. A friend resigned recently and all the good things everyone is saying about the centre and educators is all well and good from a parent's point of view but unfortunately the centre is in dire need of many fresh and new resources (severely lacking in this area), a face lift (yes rooms are very run down/old and not pleasing to the eye) and a proper structure (kids are bored and not engaged enough in learning and activities). Only an educator would be able to truthfully tell you if a centre is run well or not. Parent's will only see a snippet of their child's day and are sent updates but in reality this centre is one of the ones lacking in the Narre Warren area. Some of the loyal educators still there are great and children enjoy them but if your child is attending for most of the day/a couple times a week you want to rethink signing up there. The centre has recently just 'met' the national quality standards. It's unfortunate at where it's currently at but until it's had a major overhaul in the areas mentioned above, it's unfortunately only a glorified babysitting service where your children are not receiving the best in their learning and development. It's a shame that current families attending Apple Blossoms Narre aren't able to see how much the centre lacks and to take the opportunity to move their child/ren to an early learning centre that has a clear learning program based around the children's interests that is implemented every week. Look for a centre that 'exceeds' the national quality standards and goes above and beyond. Your child will get the best possible start in life and it will show. Read more

I have three children 17, 12 and 4, my eldest two went to multiple daycares due to work locations and apple blossom is by far the very best, my youngest has only gone to Apple blossom for 4 years and I won’t send him anywhere else, new area new work it doesn’t matter he’ll remain there until he starts school because he loves it so much and I trust all the staff, they are kind caring attentive and supportive to both of us. I’ll be sad to say goodbye next year when its time for prep. Read more
