I'm really happy with the service provided at Sesame Lane, North Lakes. The staff always have my child's best interest at heart.... I'm really happy with the service provided at Sesame Lane, North Lakes. The staff always have my child's best interest at heart. Recently my son was a bit unsettled leaving me and 3 different staff members came up with ideas to assist him with leaving mum time. One was a sticker reward chart (made by the staff member and currently in use), one was the distraction of the photocopier, making my son feel responsible and capable and the other was a trip to the kitchen to see what was cooking. These educators are really sincere and I believe they care about my child. I'm very grateful for the special attention they give my son. Read more
